They actually look like a good solid product. The only thing that bothered me was that there was nothing else in the kit, like screws, and more importantly, there was no key to open the refill canister. It's the little things that make or break a product. I think if those two things were included I would give it 5 stars. Some complained that a sanitizer was missing, but at this price I can see why they don't include it anymore. All in all okay, just be aware you only get the canister.
