My 8 year old granddaughter can't turn off her brain to get a good night's sleep. She hasn't slept in years. A few years ago she was diagnosed with ADHD. I have heard about these blankets and their calming effect on children with ADHD, autism etc. They are too expensive for my daughter so I decided to buy her one hoping it would help her sleep better. My daughter said she got a blanket for Christmas, climbed under it and for the first time in years took a nap and slept 3 hours. She's sleeping better than she's been in a while. Hope it stays that way! By far the best money I've spent.
