Nice crinoline. I usually wear clothes in small sizes, but as the product name says that it is a child's length, I read the measurements very carefully in the detailed description of the product. For reference, I'm 5'4", waist about 26", weight 114 lbs. The little one goes to 26". but I wanted to be safe - I also needed a bit more length so I went for the medium one.It fits perfectly and the length was just what I needed.Good quality fabric for the price.I was a little apprehensive at first because I thought it might itch or scratch. It wasn't the last one so I was very happy with it. It also gave me just the right amount of 'fluff'. It didn't look like it at first glance, but once I put it on under my skirt everything was perfect. (Note: If you're looking for BIG added volume, this crinoline may not be for you. I needed a moderate amount and it was perfect.) As for the packaging, it was wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve. , so it was a little wrinkled/creased, but that's to be expected with this type of material. I only had to hang it up for a few hours and the hair tie was gone. All in all it was a great price. I would definitely buy again.
