I was looking for glass (not plastic) cooking containers that I could take with me in a small fridge, use at home, or just store food in. I was pleasantly surprised when I open the package, I see that they are a lot smaller than I thought, in a good way where they don't take up too much space, you can fit two or three, if not more, in take a small fridge for your day. One glass container for all your meal prep, it's very hard to go back with the ease of cleaning and overall the food tastes a lot better in my opinion. They are very easy to wash in the washing machine where you can put them all, I do a little prep if they get really dirty and they come out very clean and dry on high heat.I usually boil all mine Eating out on a Sunday night, and depending on my fitness and nutrition goals for the week, whether it's keto, paleo, or increasing my carbs, the ideal is to break down three types of food, fairly basic protein on one side and Carbs or like dip on the other hand. I really liked them as they are very easy to stack in the fridge or maybe in the fridge where you can spread everything for 2-3 days depending on how many meals you eat that day and also control the calorie intake. And to be honest, I love them so much that I'll probably end up buying another website to cook all my meals for the whole week so I don't have to worry about cooking until next Sunday.
