The hour hand is showing 6 when it should be showing 12. In other words, when the minute hand is at "12", the hour hand is halfway between "4" and "5", for example. So the clock I bought is set as if "6" means noon or midnight. I have to turn the clock upside down and pretend "6" is "12" to see the time. The watchmaker was confused and mixed up the settings.
