Review on Dove Sensitive Skin Antiperspirant Deodorant, 2.6 oz: Gentle, Effective Protection by Jason Geyston

I've been using this type of Dove antiperspirant and deodorant for several years but this is the first time I've tried the sensitive skin version. (I used to use cucumber flavor.) My regular scent wasn't available, so I figured unscented flavor might not be so bad. . I usually prefer fragrance-free products for my sensitive skin (and nose!), so that's fine too. However, I have found that this product does not last 24 hours as advertised. In fact, it didn't even stand up to average usage by those who don't claim to last 24 hours. I usually apply the deodorant once before I leave the house in the morning and I don't usually need to reapply unless I've been very active during the day. With this deodorant I put it on in the morning after my shower and at some point during an 8 hour workday I find I need to reapply it if I don't want to embarrass myself. I've never had this problem in my entire life and don't have these problems when using other deodorants (I have a few travel sizes and have tried them to make sure it's just a hormonal thing). I can't say why this deodorant doesn't work as well as other Dove deodorants I've used or why they claim it offers 24 hour protection when it's far less effective than regular deodorants, but that is my experience. . I will go back to my old Dove deodorant or look for a new one. This one doesn't work for my body chemistry.
