I worked as a customer service representative for over 7 years. It was very easy to work in this environment because it had an open door policy. You could talk to your manager or supervisor about any issues you were having without fear that they would be offended. This is not something you can find at other companies where people are afraid to speak their mind even if it's constructive criticism. They also didn't have training on how to handle certain situations like when someone gets sick. There wasn't much structure within my department but we all got along well together. We enjoyed working here because there was always something going on whether it was a holiday party or just hanging out with our coworkers.
