excellent linen bg not big like most home bakers use banneton or loaf pan size are modest compared to professional bakers. Therefore, these canvas bags are just perfect without taking up much space. I'm an avid sourdough baker and these bags are perfect for a medium 9" round banneton or a similar sized oval banneton; also great for 2 pound bread pans. two have drawstrings and one has a pleat and clip closure. Still, I'm happy with these bags as we usually store bread in the freezer or fridge and moisture tends to collect in plastic bags. glad not to slurp more plastic in the world. wash cold with all my baking/kitchen towels. dead easy.
