There were only a few small problems during assembly. First of all, the instructions are printed in MICROSCOPIC typeface. Second, the feet were a bit confusing because they came pre-assembled with hardware inside. You will need to disassemble/remove the wall mount pieces from the base(s) to get started. The instructions don't mention this. I highly recommend installing it in the wall with studs, it makes installation much easier. In fact, I had the benefit of having the old towel rail's mounting holes lined up perfectly (with the studs) to fit all the dimensions of this new rack. Durability doesn't matter, I can easily hang 2 large bath towels. Divide a stand between 2 towels. Because now my towel dries completely without moisture from folding before hanging.
