This product is amazing. I have very thick coarse hair and he removed all the follicles. I read some other reviews and see people mention that they are sticky/stringy and smelly. When you first apply it to the area it will be a bit sticky so do not touch the wax after about 20 seconds until it begins to harden. like any other wax. It's also a little stringy, but not to the point where it becomes annoying, you just have to adjust the melting point to combat it. As for smell, there really isn't much of it. A little scent but I'd honestly say it just smells like wax balls. The extent of the pain, I waxed long hair so of course it was more painful but when I got to shorter hair it was painless and quick.
