Review on ✨ Olay Ultimate Eye Cream: Erase Wrinkles, Banish Puffy Eyes & Brighten Dark Circles, 0.4 fl oz by Katie Gibson

In my review I will talk about what unfortunately many women have had to go through. I am a survivor of spousal abuse 32 years ago, so having said that. Since then I have been struggling with very strong dark circles under my eyes. And before my eyes I did not leave the house for several days because the darkness would only get worse and it would seem that the violence would repeat itself. I assumed it was nerve damage or something and I'll just have to live with it for the rest of my life because like I said it's been 32 years since it happened. I've been using Lancome Genifi for 2 months. Youth serum and I have also tried 3 different Lancome dark eye creams but have not seen good results with the eye cream. Well I'm a top contributor and got a great coupon to use on my essentials so I thought what the heck and bought olay Ultimate Eye Cream and olay Eye Brightening Cream. I started using some of the two creams on my eyes. After about 1 week I was amazed at what I saw and didn't see. My dark circles are gone. My eyes also swell up a lot underneath, but after applying this cream in the morning it's almost completely gone. I don't know if this is a combination of Lancome Youth Serum with an eye cream or just two eye creams they use together. All I know is that I actually sat down and cried because I don't have to look at the horrific darkness beneath my eyes every day and remind myself every day of the pain I went through many years ago. I only use a small amount of perfect eye cream because I've found that if you use a lot it flakes off a little when you put on another cream or moisturizer. The ultimate eye cream by itself is not a great moisturizer but with the brightening eye cream it does add a little extra hydration hence only 4 stars for hydrating the perfect eye cream and 5 stars for the brightening eye cream for moisturizing. I'm 53 and haven't colored my hair in about 15 years. At my age, hot flashes are melting anyway lol. But now that I no longer have horrible under-eye circles, I feel a lot more confident about my looks, especially when I go out in public. I was always told how beautiful I was when I was younger, but after what happened to me, I lost faith in myself and have struggled ever since. But now, after so many years, I feel a lot better, especially now that I no longer have severe dark circles. I know not all products work the same for everyone, but I hope some wonderful women find the help I get with these eye creams. I hope Olay never stops making these amazing products that have helped me so much and hopefully help other women regain their confidence.
