Review on dbWatch Control Center by Ryan Hampton

I like that this software provides me with all of my data in one place! It's so easy for us as DBAs/Ops people (and developers) who are constantly working from home or remote offices -- we can use our laptops instead if having access at an office desk full-time would be more practical than using VPNs etc., just because there isn't always someone around when needed but still want immediate answers without being tied up by phone calls & email threads back "home".

We also love how flexible their support team has been over time - they have made some very important enhancements recently where others may not even realize what was missing until much later downthe line once something goes wrong again after years since last issue discovered due them fixing other things first). There really aren’t many downsides unless maybe certain.
