The quality is good but it is MUCH bigger.
I review these sleeveless compression tank tops before ordering. The manufacturer says "order one size down" if you want maximum compression. I'm XL so I ordered the large shirts and when I got them the large shirts fit with absolutely no compression. So I'm sending them back and ordering them from Medium to see if they do what they promise.

- Shirts are good π for my muscles
Cons
- Too short for my taste. Might work if you are small but definitely not for taller people.
