This dress does not stand out but definitely draws attention. The design is an elastic overlay with an overlay. The mesh bodice has a sheen. The belt with rhinestones is very attractive. Floor length skirt. I had some trouble unzipping it even though there was plenty of room to do so. It sticks right at the waist. You may need a second pair of hands to help you close the zipper while holding the fabric together. I chose my normal size 10 and it fits perfectly.
