I wanted it to be successful. I really did. My very large elderly cat no longer always crouches down to urinate. He goes into boxing, squats a bit and then lets go. I have a big box for it, but I had to put plastic on the back for the flight. When I saw the dimensions of this box I was amazed. The box is higher than he misses. It was a marriage made in heaven, except for one. Instead of placing the entrance on the long end like almost every other box on the market, they placed it on the side. It enters other boxes, turns and exits backwards. Here, when the entrance is on the side, he has nowhere to turn, so just crouch and shoot into a very low hole. ALL but a trickle of urine exits through the hole and spills onto the floor. I have no idea why they deviated from their original design with a hole in the end. If they kept this design it would be perfect. This design and my cat are a disastrous combination. I will call the company and see if they have any suggestions but if not they will get back to me. Update: I spoke to the company and they offered their original model. one. GREAT customer service!
