The style of the basket is very cute and would be better if it was one size bigger. Bought this as a gift in a hurry and should have paid more attention to the advertised size than the picture which seemed to reflect the basket as being large at the time. The man opened the gift in front of me and I was disappointed when it was pulled out of what appeared to be a child's sewing kit box. Then when she opened it and I saw what the wicker tray was supposed to be I was just embarrassed. I know the ad talked about plastic but I thought it was hard plastic, not single use plastic, which is often used in shoes to keep its shape. I remember my grandmothers making all kinds of baskets and trays and none of them were as cheap as this one. For the money I expected better quality. I'm overseas but checked out a few carts at Walmart before my trip and they were cheaper and better looking. Well this basket is GOOD for a beginner as other reviews say but not for an experienced seamstress and not at the price it is sold for. The value of this basket must not exceed $19.99.
