Great customer service from an experienced staff

I enjoy working with this team, they are very attentive when you call in for support or feedback about your position/department etc., it's not just someone taking calls and listening but that is important as well! It can feel like more work than necessary sometimes especially if there isn't anything immediate going wrong. They do seem more interested at times compared other companies who will answer quickly then move along even though problems exist within their scope (or so i'm told). But we're solving issues one-onone which has been helpful.

  • The way each agent takes care to listen carefully & understand our needs before jumping into action good followup via phone also helps too !!! :)
Cons
  • No major complaints really..some may be busy / slow responses depending upon timeframe
