My daughter just had a baby and I bought it for her now that she's baby's nails for the first time cut, she accidentally pierced the skin and didn't want to cut it again. Now that she has this electric nail file, she loves it and has no regrets. I've been using it for over a month. It doesn't bother the child at all and it really works! It has two speeds, is rechargeable, has a long battery life, is small and easy to take with you anywhere. I'm terrified of using nail clippers on your kid's little fingers so this is a great alternative. I recommend.
