In less than 4 months of regular daily use this cable stopped working. This has a pretty obvious design flaw where the cable meets the lightning connector. The spot is very weak and the braid doesn't fit well into the plastic part that holds the connector. The braid ends too soon, leaving the insides of the wire exposed except for the two thin pieces of rubber, which offer little protection and will come loose within a few weeks. This spot is now quite worn and the cable will no longer charge unless held in a certain position. Good cable if you want to spend $13 every few months to replace it. I'm pretty sure no other cable has ever died so quickly so I don't think it's worth it. Do not buy this cable.
