Solid product at a solid price. Buy with confidence.

If you are looking for a very affordable gaming headset then you have come to the right place. I didn't have a gaming headset because I just didn't feel like spending money on something I wouldn't use often as I'm a casual gamer at best, but I got sick and was stuck at home for a couple of weeks. So I decided to pull the trigger. Of course, I refused to pay $20 or more, so I did my homework on Amazon and came across these $14.99 black and orange baddies. I was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true. They didn't have many reviews yet, despite having a 5 star rating, and other headsets at the same price either seemed inferior in quality/finish or had mixed reviews. I took a chance and thought I'd just return them if there were any problems, but so far I've been surprisingly impressed. For a basic entry-level headset, this headset ticks all the boxes. Standard features aside, the design and build are solid and not flimsy at all. The in-ear padding is very comfortable and breathable. I've played for hours with minimal ear fatigue. The stereo effect works great and several friends have confirmed that they can hear me clearly when speaking through the microphone. I'm not sure if the sound quality is a solid five because I haven't tried anything "better" but for what I've used it for I couldn't be happier. The noise cancellation is almost too good. I have to constantly check if I'm screaming in the middle of a heated match. 😂My only criticism of this product is the microphone switch. Sometimes I find myself fumbling with it or forgetting that I'm completely disabled. It would have been better if the mic swung up to mute, but at this price I can't complain.
