They are only decorative; Not recommended for storing food!

The blue color is perfect for the aesthetic I wanted, but I was hoping they would be useful for food storage as well. Unfortunately, the seals do not match the air. I had to throw away the sugar which had completely hardened in just a few days. They also weren't big enough to hold even a small bag of sugar or flour. If you only like them for the looks then I would recommend them for that but not for storing food. Back to the drawing board for me.

Snap-on Seal Cap: Airtight ceramic cap with silicone seals and stainless steel locking clip keeps air out and protects the canister seal. Helps a lot with food storage
