Works well and brightly. More (and better) installation hardware is needed.

We have a corner cabinet in our kitchen that needs lighting. It seemed like it would suit our needs so we gave it a try. It works and looks good (because you can't see much of anything), but installing things like this can be literally excruciating. In the kit you get a light panel, a power cable, connection cable and a power supply unit. Included is the bare minimum of hardware needed for installation: four tiny screws. That's all. For a proper clean installation you will need zip ties/zip ties and a couple of zip tie mounts. And maybe more screws if you don't want to use adhesive mounts. The inclusion of these things (and some quality screws) would have made this kit top notch as it would have given the buyer some attention. Since there was no kit, the installation became another project that has to run to the hardware store. Installing the lightbar is conceptually simple: choose the position of the lightbar, mark the mounting holes and install the lightbar. The first snag: the mounting holes are countersunk and the opening is narrow. I had to sharpen and thin the pencil with a razor just enough to mark the cabinet through the holes. The second catch: the screws are pretty cheap. Choose your screwdriver/nozzle wisely and make sure it fits the screw snugly. Otherwise, getting them will become problematic and you may knock your head off a bit. Installing the power supply was a bit easier. After that I had to figure out how to arrange the cables and then I installed the cable tie mount with a single screw. Of course, assembling everything was a bit more difficult because I had to work in the space between worktop and worktop. bottom of the cabinet. I survived, but this might not be a project for someone with a bad back. Once installed, with all cables secured out of sight, it looks clean. The touch switch works very well. Even after the lightbar was on for a while, the power adapter didn't get hot. The guide includes a QR code for the manual and installation video ("Read or Watch”). I tried and the encrypted link was dead.
