Review on Jojo Siwa Backpack with Insulated Lunchbox by Nikki Ramsey

I was hesitant to buy this product because of the bad reviews but I took the risk because my daughter loves this set. . * (see photos) This is the condition of the book bag after one month of schooling. Keep in mind my daughter is in second grade and only has a binder, book and random toys. However, the quality of this book bag is very poor. I was hoping it would last at least a year like all the other book bags we have. *I tried to contact the seller to solve the problem. Having bought this way before school started, the return window was closing when the problem arose. It's been almost a month and no reply.
