Good but could be better
In general the product is not bad. Easy installation and not many parts. We didn't really need to use instructions, but when we did, it wasn't the most descriptive of instructions. My only real issue with this tote bag is the lock which lowers the gate and is really difficult to get down. We just had to rip it out. Upon inspection these are just plastic clasps and not very well made.
