Amazing. Got this as a Christmas present (after hinting I want it so many times) and I sleep on it every night! I've had issues with anxiety, falling asleep and staying asleep in the past - this miracle worker helps with all of it! I got a 60" x 80" for £15 and it fits perfectly at the foot of my queen bed and then slides out to not be as big as a duvet but big enough for a person to sleep comfortably under or two people can make themselves comfortable down on the couch. The best part is that the duvets stay underneath so you hardly have to make your bed in the morning! Size: 60 x 80 inches, ideal for a queen size bed. suggested a weight range for this, but I feel like I could go bigger. 15 pounds is great to relax under and it fits my feet perfectly. But as far as sleep goes, I think picking up a weight might be a little more convenient. Sure, it's a little pricey for a basic duvet, but anyone with insomniacs should definitely try it.
