Doesn't seem like the particular repairer I bought it from, PrimeTimeBuys, does many repairs. Perhaps what they actually sell is more of a used laptop with a 90 day warranty. When I ordered the laptop, the first one I received didn't have a touchpad. The pointer didn't move well. When someone repairs a laptop, they will notice when the touchpad isn't working! I tried different drivers and they still didn't work. So I told the seller. They scheduled the delivery and sent me a new replacement laptop. I've run all kinds of diagnostics on a replacement laptop - built-in pre-boot diagnostics, and Dell has a free diagnostic utility called SupportAssist. This gave an error message which after some contact with Dell technical support I was able to fix by downloading some software. The diagnostic showed that the battery life is coming to an end. Again, you would think a refurbisher would run diagnostics on the laptop and find these problems! The seller sent me a replacement battery. So everything seems fine now. This is a good laptop if everything that needs fixing is FIXED.
