While unpacking, it was obvious that this was a poor quality chair. I wasn’t able to assemble it for months after receiving it, so a refund seemed unlikely. I decided to put the chair together and immediately realized that it was missing several screws and didn’t include the appropriate length of screws for the base pieces. Even the assembly drawings are incorrect and wouldn’t work as shown. The instructions are minimal and unclear. As I attempted to screw in the last slat on the top of the chair, the wooden frame sheared off and is now unusable. This is a giant piece of junk that I cannot return for a refund and the seller will make no effort to replace the broken pieces.
