I like how it provides useful insights to understand our audience's behaviour - especially when we have multiple campaigns running at once! The reporting is great as well (even if you don't use all of them). It can be difficult using some features but that just means more training/support will help with this too :) Sometimes there are slight delays in getting reports out which isn’t ideal or unexpected though sometimes they do run into issues where their system goes down temporarily while updating data from other sources etc., This has not been an issue since working closely together however would still recommend being prepared ahead-of time by having backups ready incase something does happen during updates / downtime periods.- Understanding your audiences needs via targeting options e..g search terms used across various platforms; understanding what people want through surveys vs engagement rates amongst others.
