The team are all very talented individuals, they have worked together for many years so you know that what ever project you need to engage them on that will be managed properly by someone who knows how to do it right first time! I think their strengths lie in their ability to collaborate as a collective rather than individualistic skills which has allowed us to produce work to an extremely high standard across multiple disciplines. Their flexibility allows them to adapt quickly when required, we also enjoy working alongside them because of this. They can sometimes struggle to manage expectations but once agreed upon, everything goes smoothly. We recently completed a large scale refurbishment programme at our head office and they were instrumental throughout the process from concept through installation. Our main challenge was managing expectations around cost, timings and quality control during the build phase. This led to some difficult conversations at times but everyone involved got there point over heard fairly regularly.
