I like that it is easy enough to set aside time each day (or week) with my team members where we can all have 1-on-1 or group meetings without having everyone be at one location simultaneously. The ability to create recurring schedules makes organization much easier as well! It's not always intuitive so you may need some assistance getting started but after awhile you'll pick this system right off of your own bat. We are able to use our scheduling software when working remotely which has helped us reduce communication issues between employees who are located around the country/world.
