I bought one of these from the store for our little 8 year old cat to see how she likes it. He is thin, missing a few teeth and has trouble gaining weight. He doesn't like dry food and seems to have an upset stomach (still trying to find a good one that he eats reliably) and he doesn't like canned food except for pie, but I'd like to give him some with some texture until he doesn't have any problems with the litter box had and made dry food more interesting. He really likes sea fish pockets (mackerel) and eats dry food with half a fillet on top. It was a good way to get him to eat a little more than usual. I chose saltwater fish because it's the only type of fillet without added salt and also because of all the foods I eat, it likes the taste of char and mackerel the most. I gave it to him. It seems a bit silly to buy fish in bags when I know I can just buy fish and cook it myself for less money. Worry about damage.
