I like how easy it is for me as an individual user, not having any IT department in my organization that knows this software well enough so they could troubleshoot issues with their end-users if needed (which happens from time). It's very simple but does what you need at its best! The only thing about folder transfers would be when there are too many emails being transferred into one email/folder instead of them all going directly where each person needs access - which makes sense why we have these types things set up anyways? For myself personally using file sharing between workstations has been great because now everyone doesn't just use Outlook anymore; meaning less storage space used by mailboxes etc., plus more efficient usage out resources within our environment since no longer do people send attachments via eMail vs sending through File Sharing system itself!!
