Oh my sweet dream! I buy one for my husband because he keeps stealing mine. I had problems with my shoulder and after a few nights I felt much better. I can't believe I haven't had this pillow in so long! I no longer need my husband's hairy and hot body to snuggle up against to align my spine. In fact, I don't even need a husband in bed anymore.
