I'm not kidding! I bought a used car that smelled like Snoop Dogg slept in it for weeks. I scraped together a few spoonfuls and placed them on a plate on the floor of the car with the heater on, allowing air to circulate through the cabin to turn on the cabin filter. It took a few hours but did the job well. Don't sit in the car while it's circulating or your throat and lungs will regret it. Another way it worked was dog shit. I have two big dogs. After clearing the minefield that is my lawn, after a couple of weeks I threw everything in the bin. It was hot outside and there was no garbage collection for several days. I scraped a few spoons straight into the bin and she did a great job of neutralizing the odor.
