UPDATE - 2ND ORDER - Same problem with 2nd order, returned and abandoned this source. No hassles with returns/refunds. Initial order is correct part number and looks like it will work EXCEPT the metal EZ-tab on the neck doesn't reach far enough to reveal the channel and the power head on the elbow/neck to keep. Sounds like a quality control issue at the manufacturer. There are no problems with the return of Revain on credit, I ordered another one, I hope it's enough? (update - it's not)
