I don't know why people rate this chair so highly. I don't feel like I made a good $170 purchase. My mom bought another chair for $30 less but with more features. Here are the issues I'm having: - The armrests are NOT adjustable (they don't say they are adjustable but the pictures look like other chairs that have adjustable armrests). It's a bit on me - I shouldn't order a chair using just the mobile app. - My right armrest dangles inward freely. I can literally shake/wiggle the armrest. Every time my elbow touches his, he makes noise and moves. The left armrest does not. The reason for this is that the piece of metal that the plastic is screwed into is too small. - I keep getting the elevator/tilt controls mixed up. The backrest adjustment is needed more than the height adjustment - why should it be harder to reach? (Context: I'm tall and lanky and I'm having a hard time gaining that control) - Calling a pillow a "massage pillow" is a misnomer. You should call it a vibrator because that's what it does. There are no massage nubs that move. — When leaving the box, there was some kind of liquid stain on the back of the chair. This stain was not completely removed with the Clorox wipe. The stain is vaguely white and quite large - like someone spilled a drink in a factory. Like the back, there was some kind of film of oil on the seat, but it came off fairly well. That's what I like. About this chair: - Moderately comfortable. The cushions are easy to move and hold their position well. - They are easy to use and easy to assemble (also the instructions were on the 4x3ft poster lol) - The vibrating cushion is good and you can add a battery to the chair so you don't have to worry about your chair breaking one has anchors (pillow is USB powered). Although you probably don't want to wear a pillow for more than 30 minutes. The rear mount is on the back, which is much easier to mount than if it were on the side (especially if it's mounted by one person). .- The tilting mechanism is different from what I have seen in other chairs and I like it. I just want the lever position to be different.
