One star deducted because the box was broken when I received the package and I was already afraid of what it would look like. When I opened the box I was excited to see that it was wrapped in plastic but looking further I saw dirt at first glance, I thought it was just on the outside and that it would be protected. Not everyone had dirt on the back of their chairs. I thought if I wiped it might come off, no sir it doesn't. It's still there, but a little dull, and because I rubbed it so hard to lift it, some of the fabric has come loose. I don't know how you managed to get dirt into the plastic for protection. I hope my little one likes it because she hasn't seen it yet. I know she won't notice the dirt, but I will.
