Other reviewers noted the difficulty in opening these boxes' double latches. I didn't find them that difficult after the first time, despite my weak hands. I hope the narrowness of the boxes and sections doesn't cloud my silver earrings and necklaces. I was surprised at how small the sections were despite comparing the footprint to another set of boxes I've previously purchased. These were not available and they were the closest in size. However, each box was larger, so I found that while there were sometimes three sections for a large earring or necklace, I was able to fit a few, that I didn't fit into others. That way, this set is a bit more flexible due to the extra height. I made little labels for each box on my computer and stuck them on each box to identify what was inside. This way my jewelry will be more organized and it will be easier for me to find what I am looking for.
