Review on 🎒 Food Safe Preschool Insulated Backpack by Wildkin by Charles Woods

The backpack itself is fine; It's a cute product and appears to be durable. Too bad my kid can't use it because when I received the backpack there were human hairs scattered around the main compartment. I may not have even noticed, but when I tried to write his name on the ID card provided, I could clearly see the small strands of hair stuck to the window where the ID card is. When I ran my hand into the main compartment, I found more. The shreds I found were definitely not fibers from the backpack's material. I don't know if I received a previously returned item or if there are quality control issues. In any case, I am returning this product for a refund.
