Too hard, doesn't feel soft.
After reading all the reviews about this pillow being soft I was dying to try it but was disappointed. I'm used to sleeping on regular foam pillows and since they don't make them anymore I was looking for a contoured pillow with good support but not hard stone. Unfortunately, this pillow did not seem soft and comfortable to me. This pillow was too firm for me so I sent it back. Although the altitude was good.
