Easy to replace. Simply open the blue back case and unscrew a few screws to remove the front bezel and access the screen. However, the screen I originally ordered didn't work, so I have a tip. The screen has an adhesive border. Once it's stuck, IF YOU TRY TO REMOVE IT WILL DESTROY THE SCREEN. I installed the screen and glued it before testing. It didn't work and I knew it would rip if I tried to take it out so any return would be questioned or possibly refused by the seller. Revain was kind enough to give me my money back and I ordered a new one. I tested the new one before peeling the backing off the adhesive backing and it worked fine this time. One star off because the first one didn't fit. But other than that it seems like a good deal.
