First I'm going to say AMAZON is awesome.I will explain.I am always reluctant to make third party purchases on Walmart. I really prefer to buy when it's free shipping and free returns, period!That being said, after hunting for a high chair for weeks for my grandson (and reading thousands of reviews until my head popped), I kept coming back to this. It had a majority of fantastic reviews, and the chair appeared it would meet MY needs.So, I bit my lip considering this was a pricey purchase.and ordered (also knowing it'd take a few weeks to receive it).I ordered the blue chair (paid a little more for the blue color pad).I received the BLACK chair/pad, in less than the three weeks - so delivery was actually great. However, it was NOT what I ordered.I contacted the company right away (because I knew I had to speak to them first, not Walmart.but I did actually mention it to Walmart when I spoke to them about another item.the very nice woman said she'd keep an eye on things to make sure they respond).It's obvious this company is on different time zones (countries), because my responses always came in the evening (not a problem for me).They were quick to contact me, asked me to take a picture of the box's code (which showed/confirmed they sent the wrong item).They apologized, offered to give me $10 if I kept the black chair/pad, but I did not want the black.They then provided the return shipping label and offered for me to keep the chair/black pad to use in the meantime and they could ship me the blue pad which would take approx three weeks. I agreed to this.At three weeks I checked back in with them. They indicated they needed to receive it from their warehouse that had weather issues. Okay, so I do understand weather issues everywhere. They assured me it should just be a few more days.Almost two weeks later, I'm finally thinking I should contact Walmart for help. However, I didn't need to.Walmart contacted me. They told me they thought it was taking too long, so they had already sent an inquiry to the company (LOVE AMAZON).Within TWO days, the blue cushion arrived! Would it have anyways.I dunno, but.it arrived.I will say, whenever I wrote this company, they would always respond back by the evening (closed on weekends).They were always kind, and kept offering to give me $5-$10 for my inconvenience.which I didn't take because I wanted the blue cushion most of all.So, would I order from them again.yes, actually I would. Why?.-Because they were good about contact, and they did issue me a return label in the beginning.-Because Walmart also stood behind me and took the initiative themselves to inquire, stood behind good customer service.-Because I LOVE this high chair -- it's exactly what I wanted, meets my needs.which are:EASY to clean everywhere!EASY to move the tray with one hand (not a deal breaker for me tho). Tray is also super easy to clean (pop off the top to clean, while leaving behind a tray for my grandson to play), and I LOVE there are no cup holders (seriously they are never used, more of a pain to clean and for young children they usually do not place cups correctly causing a spill anyways).EASY to move around with the wheels on the back, NOT heavy at all.Easy to fold and store (perfect as my grandson is only here a few days a week).All the different height features are great, as well as the adjustable foot rest which is actually important as they grow.Every feature it shows it has, is fantastic.and meets MY needs.So, one star taken away for the delay on receiving the replacement cushion until Walmart stepped in. In hindsight it should have been shipped sooner.However, although I still prefer free shipping and free returns, period with no questions asked.Walmart actually made me feel a tad more comfortable with ordering from third parties as they seem to have your back in the end (although I still would absolutely read reviews first).So, I do absolutely recommend this highchair, I'm very happy with it.Hopefully, my issue with the order was just random.I do truly believe the company wanted me to be a satisfied customer.
