Very good cooperation and open mindedness
Easy handling of TP calculations for all business partners; ability to easily configure new products without any additional development effort from our side (using 3rd party addons); no problems at this time with respect customer support or technical issues solving them when needed - so far everything is fine! It took us some days until we figured out that calculating TPs using Excel was not working as intended by ExaXcelo Team Members are helpful if there arise questions during implementation process but they do NOT offer help after product has been implemented.
Pros
- Very easy setup
- Flexible configuration, e mail templates can be created very quickly.
- Great user interface which makes it really comfortable in use even though I am quite familiarized already about SAP software usage before starting my current job here :)
- Full integration into ERP system via OData protocol allowing also access data directly
