Couldn't have asked for a better product. I use this and other mugs LURE makes for yoga, massage and workshops I do year round and combine yoga + mugs. "Piston" cups, as I call these blue ones, are incredibly versatile throughout the body, whether the client is standing still or working through movement to release adhesions and tight areas. They are easy to apply with different absorbency levels. They are easy to clean with soap and water after use and easy to carry in their own pouch. 10/10 recommend. I have 3 sets of these and many others offering them.
