I think they work. but my kids both got them and they kept taking them off and complaining that they have rocks in them. I have another pair that fit just above and had no problems. I should have received them of the same type. but they grow so fast so I went with the cheaper option. Do you get what you pay for? But her legs are protected when we go down the river, so they work!
