Totally nonsensical - connectors are out of spec and won't connect properly

Tested with multiple Micro USB devices . I can't talk about connecting as I couldn't get them to connect properly for verification. The male end is too long and protrudes too far. It's connected? Who knows? The female end is extremely loose - other cables just fall out. No amount of fuss was resolved on either side. Complete garbage.
