Review on Arko Shaving Soap Stick White by Rhonda Green

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great shaving soap

I returned to this soap after trying a few dozen other products. Arko Shaving Soap Stick is a fairly old and traditional shaving soap that is often used in barber shops abroad. Arko has other modern shaving creams that are better suited to consumer use. This stick is more intended for commercial use. The foam is pretty good, easy to apply with a brush. Personally I've used it very traditionally and squeezed the wand into my shaving bowl and it lasted a year. Overall this is a great shaving soap. opposite of experience. Most of the 1 star reviews are related to the packaging. Yes, the packaging sucks. On the other hand, you must understand that each stick will initially sell for 50 cents or less! It is packaged for wholesale barber shops. This is not a product packaged for consumers or even gift wrapped. You can order an upgraded version of the cream for $5 a tube or more. You are buying an item in bulk that is likely to last 10 years or more for the price of a single retail bar of soap on the market. The price is significantly higher than the manufacturer's recommended retail price, since the product is shipped from Turkey to the USA and many middlemen add their discount to the price. It's still great value for money! When it comes to smell it's a very personal taste and everyone will have their own opinion. Arko has a clean, clean soap scent that you can find in old-school ivory. If you leave the soap open, the smell will still go away.
