This multi tool broke less than an hour after delivery. The scissor spring that opens the scissor jaws has slipped. As a result, the jaws of the scissors no longer open after cutting. Instead, you have to open the scissors after each cut. This is very bad design. What really annoys me is the company's response to my complaint. Instead of immediately offering to replace the item and providing a prepaid return label so I can ship the defective item back to them; They emailed me back and told me to make a video for their engineers to investigate showing the problem they were investigating. You then decide whether the guarantee is fulfilled and the defective product is replaced. It's not my job to make videos for engineers to learn from. I have far more important things to do than succumb to the whims of the maker of a faulty product and create videos on how to build it. Your response to my complaint was totally unacceptable. It seems clear to me that the real purpose of their answer was to give them an unreasonable condition for honoring their guarantee. In doing so, they avoid fulfilling their obligations as a manufacturer of a defective consumer product.
