Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by this neck massager. It uses no motors or moving parts for vibration and massage. It has two metal plates that electrically activate/stimulate the neck and feel like a vibration. That may be too much for some people. My wife said it was like a shock when she increased the intensity level to the max. I thought it was normal since you can adjust the intensity and stimulation mode. The heating function is great, especially when the room is cold. Very beautiful. If you just want to use it to warm up your neck, that's an option too. I also like that it uses USB C for charging. At first I thought my neck was too wide but it flexes and fits well. Another great feature is that the remote control can be attached to one side of the massager with a magnet. A few features I would have liked to see include: 1) The remote can actually turn the massager on as you now have to press the power button on the massager to turn it on or off and then use the remote to turn it on /Off Turn off the heating, adjust the intensity of the massage and change the mode. 2) It would be nice if the remote had an LED indicator to show what intensity level and mode it was in. Does it really relieve the neck muscles? My neck and shoulders were tight, but after about 10 minutes I felt some relief. I would say it's relaxing. It doesn't compare to a massage from a real person, but nice.
