I was very happy but it doesn't work! The HDMI port on the side does not respond even when trying to connect only one monitor. I've tried different cables and different monitors, and no matter what I do, the HDMI port next to the memory card slot doesn't respond to anything. Again, you're not even trying to run two monitors, you're just connecting one cable to them. But I can take the same cable and plug it into the HDMI port at the end and it works great. (However, I've also tried using two monitors on this thing and the same result - only the HDMI port on the end responds at all.) I returned it thinking I had a defective one, but the second one did same problem . . Sent that back and tried a third and same thing. I took it to support at work and they tried it on different computers and they said the part was just defective. But 3 times in a row? Makes me think of all these reviews and how people who aren't me can get a working product when I can't. I have emailed the manufacturer twice in the past 2 weeks to discuss this and ask for assistance. but nobody answers me.
